经过教学实践,我真正体会到,在任务型教学中,教师起着语言习得的促进者、答疑者和向导的作用。教师是从“学”的角度来设计教学内容的,学生的活动具有明确的目标指向,具体的操作要求。在各项活动中,学生的大脑始终处于一种激活状态,能引起学生的共鸣和兴趣,整个学习过程都是积极、主动的,他们获得的不仅仅是现成的知识点,还有语言运用的能力。而且随着教学任务的不断深化,学生语言能力的不断提高,整个语言学习的过程会越趋自动化和自主化,学生越能创造性地表达自己的思想。同时,我在教学中也发现了不少局限性和需要改进的地方。例如,完成一项大型的学习任务,需要占用大量的课堂时间,从短期效果看,在同等的时间内可以通过其他方式来帮助学生,取得更大的进步。所以教师如何更新观念,如何合理安排教学进度,如何正确处理能力培养和考试成绩的关系,都是值得探讨的问题。总之,任务型教学是一个舶来品,其产生和发展有其特定的背景和环境,在我国特定的外语教学条件下,广大英语教师要结合我国的实际国情、教情、学情,发挥任务型语言教学的优势,真正提高中学英语的教学质量。
