B中用it来指代a renegade nation，似乎没有问题，但在it前有两个核心的单数名词，分别是the government和a renegade nation，这就出现it的模糊指代问题了。当然，B选项还存在一个问题：过去进行时态的使用不当。不能说“正在违反一个协定之后”，应该改为一般过去时（violated）或过去完成时（had violated）。
