这里的they显然是指一般的人，即汉语中的“大家”，在普通文法里这样说是一点问题都没有的。但SAT不能接受，必须把they改成people。SAT认为，代词所指代的对象必须是在句子中出现过的名词，不能让读者去猜想这个代词应该指代谁，哪怕这种猜想非常简单。

为了方便大家理解，我们在下面使用了一个结构图对文章的举例段进行说明。箭头后面的方框，就是对前面方框内内容的支撑。

E的using在句首表示原因，主语Internet service发出use这一动作。结构清楚，文法正确。

还有就是最后一句（Hopefully, they will change it）显得很勉强，让人感觉作者是无话可说但又想拉长文章篇幅的一个无奈之举，另外使文章的语气有点玩世不恭。
