尽管能准确表达你意思的词汇才是最好的词汇，但难词更容易打动SAT写作也是事实。

D选项虽然也使用了V-ing结构，但是改变了句意。原句的意思是“省略一些不必要的词”，可D的意思是“不必要省略一些词”，和原句的意思相反，所以错误。
