减肥瑜伽动作三
平躺在地上,双手放在身体两侧。吸气,收紧腹部,双腿并拢慢慢向上抬起。呼气,慢慢放下双腿,直到和地面呈30度。保持这个动作3-5秒,然后吸气再次抬起双腿。直到双腿和地面成直角,重复练习这个动作10次。
