特别提示：练习时动作不要太猛，缓慢进行。如果头部不能俯于膝盖上，手无法扳到脚底，则以感觉舒适度向前屈体即可，待随着锻炼进展慢慢改进。在滚回到仰卧姿势时，要注意控制动作，尽量让每一椎骨都滚到，让背部慢慢着地。、
三、猫弓背姿势
双膝跪在练操席上，双手撑地，胳膊伸直，头部低屈。先吸气，让腹部下垂，成“鞍形背”姿势接着抬起头部，使骶部向上翘起：然后呼气，弓起背部，收缩腹部，使骶部向下弯.做完后再度吸气，重复做上述动作，重复次数以舒适为度。
