3.吸气,向上伸展脊椎和头部,同时把右手放在尾椎骨处的地面上。把左大臂顶在右大腿的外侧,伸直,手心向前。头部右转,目视右肩方向,保持双肩水平,自然呼吸。重复做另一侧。
